What do you think of when someone mentions spring break? Maybe you think of relaxing warm days that are spent tanning beside a large body of water.
Or do you think of spending your time on the endless road of discovery visiting family members?
Spring break is that time of year where you can bask in the sun knowing that you have no due dates or deadlines to meet, the only worry you have is which restaurant by the beach to choose. There is so much to do with so little time!
And for those of you who have no idea what to do for spring break here are some affordable ideas to incorporate into your mini vacation.
- Groupon is the key to everything! Groupon is an app that lists events and even items that are discounted and on sale. The choices are endless ranging from glow in the dark waterslide parties to haunted tours to kayak rentals.
- We tend to spend our days inside at school or work, spring break is the perfect opportunity to go outside and catch some natural light and breathe some fresh air.
- Play ball or tennis in the park with a couple of friends, or enjoy an entire day in the Richmond area at Belle Isle.
- Go to the lake and picnic with your family or partner.
Its spring break so there are no rules as to what you can occupy your time doing.
